I cannot say enough positive things about the doctors and staff here. We have brought our cat and dog in for regular visits and the staff are knowledgeable and also so kind and sweet. We recently had to put our 14 year old cat to sleep and it was the most caring and peaceful experience. They explained everything, gave us private time, and the care they showed was incredible. I just got a beautiful card in the mail signed by all the staff. Thank you for everything.

I started taking my cats to this clinic after some bad experiences in some clinics in GTA, I noticed this clinic is very clean which is super important, therefore I choose to neuter my cats here and everything went good……Also when my cat had oral problems and I didn’t noticed, the doctor informed which means he actually did check my babys, some vets in GTA just care about the money and don’t look properly at the cats. I like how the doctor is gentle with my cats, the way he touch them gives me like a good vibe. The reception helpers are very kind they explain very well everything which I appreciate because English isn’t my first language…. Lastly I appreciate how they respect my time, they actually help me at the appointment hour, in the old clinic they made me wait even two hours in my car which was so stressful for my cats and my self.

Sugar was thoughtfully taken care of. They prepared her with blood work before her surgery for dental clean to be certain that she would not have negative risk. The doctor is simple and concerned about your feelings. I am happy with their service. Despite the surgery and the amount loss of teeth she has recovered well and is a hungry pet.

All of the workers here are fantastic. They handle our cats with care and are always informative. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

My Oriel was spayed last week. She also needed a hernia repaired. They were amazing to deal with, considering I was not as I was so stressed and worried, as she is so small other vets would not do it. I was assured the doctor would do it for me, as he is experienced in small animals. Their care before and after has impressed me. I give 6 out of 5. Also, I love the onesie better than the old collars, I had never seen these before.

Harmony Road Animal hospital is a great clinic that helped me feel at ease about my kitty and her recent spay procedure. I was quite stressed and nervous (my kitty was not having a bowel movement a few days after the surgery & it was stretching over what would be normal) and they were extremely helpful. They prescribed laxatives and she was able to use the washroom as well as a lot of great advice!I was also concerned about her sutures a few different times throughout the healing process and sent them a few pictures to check of any infection and they were so sweet to review thoroughly and provide feedback, Mya and Erica were super sweet and helpful with their advice. Whenever I called, the staff was kind and patient, they asked the vet questions for me as well. They didn't push any unnecessary costs to me and were very reasonable with costs especially considering all of their extra support!Thank you so much team, Emi healed perfectly and is as healthy as ever, we appreciate the great job!

I just wanted to give a shout out to the staff of Harmony Animal Hospital. My family had the hard decision of sending our 16 year old girl, Anika, over the rainbow bridge. Though extremely hard, the entire staff that took care of us were stellar and I can't thank them enough.They were compassionate and caring through the entire process, and never made us to feel rushed at any point in our time spent there. Thank you SO SO much, Harmony Animal Hospital. The Walker's can't thank you enough. We know our baby girl is at rest.

We've been taking our cat here for some time, switched vets because we were impressed with the care and professionalism we experienced here. While we're sad to say we recently had to say our last goodbye to our fuzzy boy, we had probably the best experience we could have had at this location. We got an urn and they included his fur, his pawprints, and a lovely card signed by members of the staff. It was a very lovely gesture we will not be forgetting any time soon. Thank you, very much.

My family have been a client of Dr. Pathman and his team for 6+ years. The compassion and care they have shown us is unmatched!They have seen us through heart wrenching decisions and happy times. In the time we have been with the Harmony road team they have treated 7 of my pets, 2 who have since crossed the rainbow bridge. Another that has cancer/heart murmur. I am so grateful to have such an amazing team ! They are honest and upfront about costs, which are reasonable.Thank you Dr Pathman and your team for all that you do!

All staff here are friendly and knowledgeable. This is where I take my pets for their normal vaccines and any illness. I get the male doctor and you can tell he cares about animals, he get right on the floor with my dog for pets and treats to make her comfortable while we're talking about her, he's always gentle but quick and efficient with the needles which I like since my dog hates that's part lol. Whenever I'm worried about a pet I don't feel like I have to hesitate about calling to talk to a nurse/assistant and ask questions to see if my pet really needs come in or if they should just be monitored and helped at home. Some vets offices seem like they just want your money where here they want to help your pets/loved ones
